The 2018 Canadian Steel Conference is only two months away, and we’re excited to have you join us!

The Canadian Steel Conference brings our steel industry together every year to learn, build relationships, develop businesses and celebrate steel—while having fun!

This year’s event will be held from September 19-21, 2018 at the Marriott Harbourfront Hotel in Halifax, Nova Scotia—one of North America’s most cultural and historic cities. Over the course of three days, we’ll be hosting multiple business development, technical and social networking events for over 300 attendees from the Canadian steel industry.

Technical Sessions

We have put together an exciting lineup of technical sessions led by industry experts that will be available throughout the duration of the conference. Each of the presentation topics have been hand picked and selected to ensure we are providing a variety of valuable educational sessions. Not to mention, this event will be a great opportunity to earn CEUs for those interested!

Trade Show Exhibit

Our program also includes a three-day trade show exhibit where you’ll find a variety of the companies that make up our vibrant industry. We’ll be showcasing the newest and most innovative products/services from steel suppliers to fabricators from across Canada.

Social Networking Events

What better way to unwind than with a day of golf or live music at Alexander Keith’s Nova Scotia Brewery? Our social networking events allow you to enjoy your time in Halifax with your colleagues in the steel industry. The Atlantic Region Golf Tournament is on a championship 18-hole golf course that you can enter as a team of four or as a single. Additionally, we’ve put together a night to remember at the Alexander Keith’s Nova Scotia Brewery. You’ll be able to enjoy a self-led tour around the facility, as well as indulge in our roaming feast, incredible beers, a live band or the barrel aging room!

Don’t miss this great opportunity to celebrate steel! We’ll see you in Halifax!
