CISC Saskatchewan’s Spring Steel Event was held on March 22, 2018 at Lucky Bastard’s Distillers in Saskatoon. We welcomed various members of the steel construction industry to join us, including fabricators, consulting engineers, architects and material suppliers.
Special guest speaker, Mike Fursier of Revay & Associates Ltd., discussed contracts and how to properly manage them. The focus of the presentation was to ensure that business owners have the proper knowledge to fully understand terms and conditions of contracts that they come across in day-to-day business. These concepts included key contract clauses, managing changes, managing delays and managing payments.
