Description

Role of Engineering Supervisor is to lead the Design Engineers, Sales Engineers and Shop Orders departments. Engineering Supervisor will have direct responsibility for the development and implementation of all Vulcraft Canada quality programs

Qualifications

– P Eng. designation
– Multiple Provincial Licenses preferred
– Proven commitment to Safety
– Strong written and verbal communication skills
– Develop and execute action plans to improve accuracy and efficiency.
– Strong commitment to personal development

Duties/ Responsibilities

Responsibilities include,
– mentoring and coaching
– develop and implement teammate training.
– departmental recruitment
– manage both design and shop order schedules.

Requirements

– Steel fabrication experience
– Steel Joist and Deck experience.
– Commitment to obtaining a CWB Welding Engineer certification
– Bi-lingual preferred but not required
