Sales Engineer

Description

• Take care of our customers
• Preliminary design of Vulcraft products
• Estimate joists and decking from contract documents
• Quote prices on projects utilizing Vulcraft products
• Organize and enter data for bid preparation
• Communicate job requirements with customers, architects, engineers, contractors, and Vulcraft Teammates
• Assist others in sales and service through coordination of engineering, fabrication and delivery of our products
• Travel required

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in civil or construction engineering from an accredited university or college
• Be willing to and have the means to travel

PREFERENCES
• Two or more years of experience in the steel joist and deck industry
• Engineer-in-training (EIT) certified
