The goal of this intervention was the revitalization of the urban plaza, banking area and below-grade retail area of this architectural landmark in downtown Toronto. The 115,000-square foot exterior court was renovated and new steel and glass canopies were added to make this area more active and user-friendly. Interior work included more than 261,770 square feet of additions; featuring the expansion and renovation of the retail area and addition of a food court.
